Evaluation only
The current MediFlow preview is provided for product evaluation, discussion and controlled testing. It is not authorised for live clinical decision-making, emergency use or storage of real patient data unless a separate written implementation agreement is in place.
Approved access
Access may be granted, limited, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion. Users must provide accurate details, protect their credentials and use only the workspace and information they are authorised to access.
Organisation verification
Healthcare organisations may enquire using either an organisational address or a valid public email service. Public email addresses are not automatically rejected, but additional checks may be required, such as confirming an organisation website, address, registration details, professional identity or telephone contact before access is approved.
Organisation responsibility
A healthcare organisation is responsible for approving its staff, assigning roles, verifying patient identity and governing clinical records in its workspace. Patients may view permitted information but cannot directly alter core clinical records.
Intellectual property
MediFlow, its interface, workflows, documentation and original content remain protected. Preview access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, resell or reverse engineer the platform.
No guarantee of production availability
Preview functionality may change as the product develops. Production commitments, support levels, pricing and implementation scope are agreed separately in writing.
