This notice explains how MediFlow handles information submitted through its public website, contact forms, private-preview requests and referral partner programme.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, work email, telephone number, organisation, professional role, requirements, referral details and messages you send to us. The public preview must not be used to submit patient or clinical information.
How we use information
We use submitted information to assess legitimate enquiries, arrange demonstrations, manage approved preview access, respond to support requests and administer referral relationships.
Verification information
Where an organisation uses a public email service, we may request additional professional or organisational information to confirm that the enquiry is genuine. This supports inclusion without weakening access controls.
Healthcare records
Healthcare organisations remain responsible for the records they manage. Patients do not create independent clinical records through the public website. Patient portal access is activated only through an authorised healthcare organisation.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with authorised providers needed to operate the service or where required by law. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your choices
