Who can participate
Referral partners are approved individuals or organisations with a legitimate professional connection to healthcare decision-makers. Applications are reviewed before a referral code is issued.
How attribution works
Each approved partner receives a reusable personal referral link. A healthcare organisation must use that link or identify the partner during its initial enquiry for the referral to be attributed.
Commission
The standard reward is a one-off commission equal to 5% of the first qualifying payment received from an introduced organisation. Commission is not earned for demonstrations, free evaluations, cancelled purchases, refunded payments or organisations already in an active sales process.
Payment
Approved commission becomes payable after the customer payment has cleared and any agreed cooling-off or refund period has passed. Identity, payment and tax information may be required before payment.
Responsible promotion
Partners must describe MediFlow accurately, must not promise clinical, legal or commercial outcomes, and must not collect or share patient information. Referral access never provides access to healthcare organisation or patient data.
Programme changes
We may decline applications, investigate disputed attribution and update the programme for future referrals. Any earned and confirmed commission remains subject to its agreed terms.
